Each retreat or event is unique and provides new opportunities for developing inner strength and joy. All retreats and events are women-only!

Vision Board Workshop
Create a vision board and learn how visualization is a powerful catalyst to getting what you want in life!
In this workshop you will learn how focus and imagination can help you achieve your goals and dreams. Each participant will create a Vision Board or Magic Box that will help them focus and take responsibility for what they want in life and start taking steps to achieving it –be it owning a home, going to school, changing careers, traveling, etc. Please bring magazines with you. Bristol board, glue and scissors will be provided.

Inner Goddess Retreat
Re-awaken the power of your femininity and sensuality!
Join Girl Power at Le Scandinave Spa and European baths in Collingwood, Ontario, for a retreat experience you won’t forget! Pamper yourself by lounging in the thermal baths, saunas and steam rooms during the day and re-awaken your feminine power in the evening with an inspiring workshop lead by Jane Large, Girl Power founder. Stay overnight in Collingwood and visit the village for some shopping on Sunday morning! Return home feeling rejuvenated and in touch with your inner Goddess! Teen Self-Esteem Bootcamp
Does your teen daughter's self-esteem and confidence need a boost? This day camp during Christmas holidays will provide your daughter with the opportunity to build her self-esteem and make new friends through inspiring seminars and exciting activities! Includes a healthy lunch and goody bag. Open to teens from 13-19 years old.

Girls Self-Esteem Bootcamp
This fun and motivating day camp will help your younger daughter build a positive body image and self-confidence before she hits her teen years. The camp during Christmas holidays involves short seminars, team-building activities and fun physical activities. Includes a healthy lunch and goody bag. Open to girls from 8-12 years old.

Girl Power Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments:
a non-refundable deposit of 25% of event or retreat cost must be paid at time of registration
full payment for retreats must be made 60 days before retreat date
bookings made less than 60 days before starting date of retreats require full payment
payments can be made online using the Girl Power shopping cart and by mail, email or phone
all clients will receive receipts and registration packages in the mail upon registration for Girl Power Retreats and Events
